Paulette, PaperNosh and the magic of Marie!

Garden of the Ancients for Marie Antoinette
Marie Antoinette Royale Pink Paparazzi
It has been almost five years since I first set eyes on the exquisite work of my dear friend Paulette. I purchased some stunning cards for my friends at Christmas from her Etsy shop, Paper Nosh, and from then on I was well and truly hooked. Most of her designs are based on the life and times of Marie Antoinette, she has loved this Queen since a child and I really think she must of been a lady of the court at Versailles in a previous life. To open an order from Paulette is literally breathtaking, the packaging......oh the packaging........is divine, and then the cards or invitations themselves.....ooooh......you will never want to send them they are so scrumptious, the color palettes and the German glass glitter.....be still my beating heart! I have even framed some of them, they are just mini works of art! Paulette creates her wonderful designs in a pink studio we dubbed The Marie Antoinette Playhouse! Her designs are her babies and you can instantly see the love and care she puts in to each and every piece, believe me you will be instantly hooked just like me!

Marie Antoinette Glittered Masquerade
Paulette is a wonderful friend to me, more than a friend, a Sister of the Heart, she has helped me in so many ways, sometimes she can be a bit of nag, nag, nag....hehe.....but in the nicest possible way and really she is a fountain of wisdom and knowledge and always there for me which means so much. She nagged me to start my blog, and I am enjoying it much more than I thought I would, she designed it for me and I think it has the Paulette recognizable style! I love it!

Here are a few of her delicious designs, more at her web site PaperNosh.com or at her Etsy shop PaperNosh.etsy.com and you must visit her delectable blog at la Pink Paperie the blog for Paper Nosh, just press the button on the right hand side of my blog. Have a wonderful weekend and take care xxx

After starting this blog to showcase my jewellery designs I have up to now only posted happy happenings in my life, there have been a few of late! So, here are a few of my Couture Baroque collars, these collars are such statement pieces, made with lace, vintage Czech crystal, rare vintage portraits, silk flowers and a variety of other unique lovelies. Each is a one off and most are finished with satin ties so that they fit all size of necks, they can be worn romantically high on the neck, or lower if desired. I can of course make a custom design for you to match a special outfit or wedding dress. One of my most favorite stones to work with in my more casual jewellery is pearls, a gift from the sea, such stunning works of nature, not only are they timeless and classy but can be used in so many different ways. I will be posting more photos of my pearl line of jewellery soon. Please feel free to contact me here if you have any questions, thank you all, take care xxx
